We value your time and ask that you arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment to complete necessary paperwork. For returning patients, please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Same-day appointments are available for dental emergencies, and we strive to accommodate urgent needs whenever possible.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedule changes sometimes occur. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who may need care. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.
Emergency Dental Care
Dental emergencies can happen at any time. If you experience severe tooth pain, dental trauma, or other urgent dental issues, please contact our office immediately. We prioritize emergency cases and will make every effort to see you promptly. For after-hours emergencies, please leave a detailed message, and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Your dental records are maintained securely and will only be shared with your consent or as required by law. If you need copies of your records transferred to another provider, please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
